Something In My Throat

I have something in my throat. It’s irritating. I feel like I am about to choke. I can’t swallow good. It needs to leave, I wish it would. Perhaps it’s the fish from last night. Whatever it is, it doesn’t feel right. There is something in my throat. I wonder if it is worth a groat.
